Gratitude

This year at RTEX, our word is Gratitude.

Gratitude is more than simply saying thank you. It’s recognizing that the opportunities before us, the people around us, and the paths we walk are blessings we didn’t create on our own.

As a Christian family-owned company, we believe that the doors opened in our lives and our work are not accidental. They are reminders of God’s provision and faithfulness.

In Revelation 3:7–8 we are reminded: “What He opens no one can shut, and what He shuts no one can open… See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut.”

This verse is a powerful reminder that many of the opportunities we experience are doors opened by God. When we reflect on that truth, gratitude becomes the natural response.

We are thankful for every open door, every relationship, and every opportunity to work alongside the people who make up this community—our customers, partners, and friends.

Our hope this year is simple: to approach every opportunity with humility, gratitude, and a recognition that the good we experience is ultimately a gift.

We encourage everyone to take a moment today to reflect on the doors God has opened in your life — and to meet them with gratitude.
